This document outlines the service agreement between you (the Client) and PC Cleaning Ltd. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreement

At PC Cleaning Ltd, we are committed to providing professional, reliable cleaning services. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please read our comprehensive terms and conditions below. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our company, fostering a smooth and transparent working relationship.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to PC Cleaning Ltd, located at 25-29 Sandy Way, Yeadon, Leeds, LS19 7EW.
  • "Client" refers to the person or entity booking and receiving services from the Company.
  • "Service" refers to any cleaning or related service provided by the Company to the Client.
  • "Agreement" refers to this document outlining the terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Quotes

2.1 All quotes provided by PC Cleaning Ltd are estimates based on information provided by the Client. A final quote may be provided after an on-site assessment.

2.2 Booking a service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Confirmation of booking will be sent via email.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed and specified in writing (e.g., for commercial contracts).

3.2 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash.

3.3 Late payments may incur a daily interest charge of 5% above the Bank of England base rate, applied after 7 days past the due date.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1 Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of booked services to avoid a cancellation fee.

4.2 Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked service fee.

5. Access

5.1 The Client is responsible for providing our cleaning team with unhindered access to the property at the scheduled service time.

5.2 The Client must ensure access to running water and electricity at the property for our team to perform the service.

5.3 Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees as per section 4.2.

6. Service Obligations of PC Cleaning Ltd

6.1 We commit to providing professional, high-quality cleaning services using trained personnel and appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.

6.2 We shall bring all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise agreed.

6.3 We hold comprehensive public liability insurance.

7. Client Obligations

7.1 The Client must ensure a safe working environment for our staff, free from hazardous materials or conditions.

7.2 The Client should secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to the cleaning service.

7.3 The Client must inform PC Cleaning Ltd of any pets on the premises that may affect the service.

8. Complaints & Satisfaction Guarantee

8.1 Any complaints regarding the quality of service must be reported to PC Cleaning Ltd in writing within 24 hours of service completion.

8.2 We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, we will endeavor to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no extra charge, provided the complaint is valid and reported within the stipulated timeframe.

8.3 This guarantee does not apply to issues arising from factors outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, lack of access).

9. Liability

9.1 PC Cleaning Ltd carries public liability insurance to cover accidental damage to property caused by our negligence during service. Our liability is limited to the extent of our insurance policy.

9.2 We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty appliances or fixtures supplied by the Client.

9.3 Whilst every care is taken, we are not responsible for damage to items that are not adequately secured or are inherently fragile.

10. Governing Law

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
